About LJH Talent Advisory

What we know...

A lot has changed in the 25 years I have spent working in human capital consulting and talent strategy. At its core, we know that optimal business outcomes result from the right people in the right roles, with the right skills, all enabled and engaged to aspire, which ultimately enhances organizational effectiveness.

Time and stage - Insights and meaning from the likes of Arthur C. Brooks, Kirstin Ferguson, Larry Robertson, and Jim Collins have all inspired me to enter into my second curve. Through my journey in human capital consulting, I aim to give back by helping people and organizations enhance their organizational effectiveness and develop a robust talent strategy to reach their true potential.

We begin every engagement with a pre-work discovery, giving you the opportunity to assess whether our human capital consulting services are truly right for you. Upon engagement, the scope, timing, and outcomes related to your talent strategy are clearly defined and agreed upon.

Why me...why us...

My reflection is that I can bring a very diverse, deep, and broad background in leadership, talent strategy, and human capital consulting. 


Having partnered with a vast cross-section of organization types, I have navigated them through various economic climates and strategic objectives, with a sole focus on driving meaningful outcomes through the impact of talent. 


As a business leader, I managed a P&L business unit with over 120 people across 9 countries, achieving transformation in growth targets that were set and delivered before, during, and after Covid. 


As a member of an APAC leadership team overseeing more than 2,000 employees, I coached, mentored, and led individuals to realize their potential. For clients, I've addressed everything from building a new Board to developing assessment programs for specific job families, as well as evaluating the talent strategy within Portfolio Companies. 


The one constant in my journey has been the understanding of talent and its impact on organizational effectiveness and strategy, ensuring alignment between people and strategy.
